Are there any costs to cancellation or amending a booking?

Pay on Arrival bookings are free to cancel or amend. For Pre-Paid reservations and 12 month deals, a fee will be charged.

Is a deposit payable?

Every booking requires a damage deposit payable in the Branch at collection.

Will my Card be charged when a booking is made?

Pre paid booking yes which are often cheaper. Pay on arrival bookings not until you visit the branch.

What methods of payment do we accept?

All major cards are accepted. Rentals can be paid in cash. Damage deposit must be paid on a card.

What Paperwork will I require?

1. A full driving licence. (UK customers must include the printed endorsement record or the code obtained from the DVLA website here for all named drivers, with details of all endorsements.)
2. Driving licences printed with non Roman Alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic etc) must be complemented by an International driving licence.
3. A valid photo ID (passport, ID card, driving licence).
4. A third form of ID that proves your address, e.g. utility bill or bank statement. Dated within the las 90 days. No mobile bills or credit card statements.

Can someone else pay for me?

100% no. The payment must be made in the drivers name and card.

Who can drive the vehicle?

For a small charge add extra drivers. They need to be 25-65. Typically £10 a day.


There is no insurance on the 3 month and 12 month lease deals. Most customers are companies.

Overdue vehicles

Simply call the branch to see if you can extend the hire.
